About Us

totallytextures is a high tech start-up based in Edinburgh. We were spun out from Heriot-Watt University to commercialise research from the Texture Lab. Our t3D software suite is partly based on patent P20028 for which Totallytextures has an exclusive licence from the university.
   Since incorporation we have enhanced our product portfolio with web presentation technologies such as SmarterSwatch for which a patent GB0910121.3 is pending. The goal of our company is to provide solutions for on-line product presentation which recognise the importance of texture and how to communicate it effectively.
